Course Overview
Microsoft 365 Copilot can only provide trustworthy results when the content it can access is appropriately shared, current and well managed. This practical awareness workshop helps SharePoint site owners, Microsoft Teams owners and governance champions understand how Copilot uses organisational content, identify common oversharing and content-quality risks, and implement practical improvements.
Demonstrations and guided review activities provide participants with a repeatable approach to improving the readiness of the sites and teams they manage.
Audience
This course is designed for SharePoint site owners, Microsoft Teams owners, Microsoft 365 champions, content owners, department coordinators and governance representatives. It is particularly suited to people who are responsible for business content and access but do not perform tenant-wide Microsoft 365 administration.
Course Prerequisites
Participants should understand the basic use of SharePoint sites, document libraries, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 Groups. Experience managing site membership or sharing content is helpful. No scripting, Microsoft Purview or advanced administrator experience is required.
