Microsoft 365 Copilot is only as good as the content it can reach. Ask it a question and it doesn't just search your SharePoint sites - it pulls from whatever it has been allowed to see, including the old site nobody owns, the library with 40,000 documents in it, and the folder that was shared with "everyone" three years ago and never cleaned up.
That's the part most Copilot rollouts quietly skip. So we've built two new courses to cover it properly - one for the people who look after the content, and one for the people who look after the tenant. Both are delivered live online by a real instructor, and both are open for booking now.
Introductory offer: 10% off until 5pm AEDT Friday 16 October
To kick things off, both courses are 10% off until 5pm AEDT on Friday 16 October 2026. Book a seat on either course and enter the code INTRO10 at checkout to claim the discount.
- Code: INTRO10
- Discount: 10% off the course price
- Applies to: Preparing SharePoint for Copilot and Auditing SharePoint for Copilot Readiness
- Book by: 5pm AEDT, Friday 16 October 2026
Booking two or more seats? The automatic multi-seat discount is applied at checkout as well, so the introductory code stacks on top for group bookings.
Preparing SharePoint for Copilot
3 hours | AU$290+GST per person AU$261+GST per person
Available as: Public live online course | Private on-site or live online course
A practical awareness workshop for the people who actually own the content: SharePoint site owners, Teams owners, Microsoft 365 champions, content owners and governance reps. If you're responsible for business content and who can see it, but you don't do tenant-wide administration, this one was written for you.
In three hours you'll get a clear picture of how Copilot uses organisational content, where the common oversharing and content-quality risks hide, and what you can actually do about them on the sites and teams you look after. You'll see demonstrations, work through guided review activities together, and leave with a repeatable approach you can run again on any site.
You'll cover:
- How Copilot finds and uses the content it has access to - and why that's different from ordinary search
- The oversharing patterns that quietly widen Copilot's reach: broad sharing, broken inheritance, forgotten external guests
- Content quality problems that make answers unreliable: duplication, outdated libraries, sites with no owner
- Practical clean-up and permission decisions you can make without touching the tenant
- A repeatable review routine for keeping a site Copilot-ready month after month
Ideal for:
SharePoint and Teams site owners, department coordinators, content owners, Microsoft 365 champions and governance representatives. No scripting, Purview or advanced administrator experience needed - you just need to be comfortable using SharePoint sites, document libraries and Teams.
Upcoming dates:
Wed 04 Nov 2026, Thu 19 Nov 2026, Tue 12 Jan 2027, Wed 27 Jan 2027, Thu 18 Feb 2027, Wed 24 Feb 2027 - with new dates added most months through August 2027.
Auditing SharePoint for Copilot Readiness
1 day | AU$650+GST per person AU$585+GST per person
Available as: Public live online course | Private on-site or live online course
The technical counterpart, aimed at Microsoft 365 administrators, SharePoint administrators, information governance specialists, records and compliance teams, security professionals and consultants. This is a working day: you'll assess a real environment, not just talk about one.
Across the day you'll examine access, sharing, site lifecycle, content quality and governance risks; use Microsoft reporting and SharePoint Advanced Management capabilities to find the areas that need attention; and turn what you find into a plan someone can actually execute. Demonstrations and guided activities build towards two deliverables you take away: a practical readiness scorecard, and a prioritised remediation roadmap.
You'll cover:
- A structured way to assess SharePoint and OneDrive for Copilot readiness, from access to content quality
- Where to look: Microsoft reporting, SharePoint Advanced Management, and the admin centre views that tell you the most
- External sharing, guest access, sensitivity labels and the Purview signals worth checking before Copilot goes live
- Site lifecycle and orphaned sites - how to find them and what to do with them
- Scoring your tenant's readiness, and building a remediation roadmap your stakeholders will sign off on
Ideal for:
People who administer SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 Groups day to day, and who have access to relevant administrative capabilities for the hands-on tenant work. Familiarity with permissions, external sharing and the SharePoint admin centre is expected; awareness of Purview, sensitivity labels and Copilot helps but isn't essential.
Upcoming dates:
Tue 27 Oct 2026, Wed 18 Nov 2026, Fri 18 Dec 2026, Thu 14 Jan 2027, Mon 08 Feb 2027, Thu 11 Mar 2027 - running monthly through to March 2028.
Want it for your team?
Both courses are available privately for your organisation - online, or on-site anywhere in Southeast Asia - and we'll happily tailor them to your own SharePoint sites, libraries and governance setup rather than generic sample data. If you'd like Copilot readiness workshopped around your environment, get in touch and we'll put together a quote.
