It was a very good course to take to learn more about the functions of excel and how formulas are created. Cath was a very good teacher, very patient and took her time to explain concepts.

Very informative and extremely knowledgeable presenter. Initially did not want to do online, and had preference for face to face, however I have now had a good experience.

Excellent course, receptive to all questions even if it meant repeating the same lesson explaining with different terms/approaches. Also tailored learnings to areas of focus for students work which was extremely helpful. In my case, I arrived late and Duane used his break to make sure I was caught up which went above and beyond, ensuring I could follow the remaining lessons of the day seamlessly.

A well laid out course that helped me revise techniques and become a more efficient user of PowerPoint. I have also learned about new features that will enhance the delivery of future presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

This course was really well paced out and Alex is excellent instructor. it’s a lot of information to absorb but there were well place breaks throughout the day. This was actually my 2nd time doing this course as I had previously undertaken this course over a year ago. This course has really helped give me a refresher and helped me learn even more functions that I didn’t know existed, even when I did this course last year. Gained new knowledge on specific features of outlook that I was not aware of before which was what I was hoping for when I signed up to this course. This will help with my day to day work as I will be faster at creating routine emails.

I found completing the Word Beginner course highly beneficial, as it covered some foundational formatting and quick-key steps that will make my daily use of Word more efficient. While I have been a long-term user of Word, I have generally learnt to use the software organically and in an unstructured way. The course also helped me prepare me for learning about the use of Word at an intermediate level.

Excellent course and great teacher but my lack of previous experience compared with others held me back somewhat.

Very comprehensive. Good that it is hands on and there are practical examples to work with as it makes it easy to grasp.
