Made the entire 4-day course completely enjoyable. Made sure that users were required to think for themselves during exercises and not just follow instruction to the law to ensure that an understanding of the course was achieved.

Russ was great! Super patient, even dealing with the less SharePoint savvy (like myself) and explained everything on the whiteboard or on the big screen in really easy to follow language/visuals.

The instructor was excellent. He was well prepared and very engaging. The instructor was clearly very knowledgeable on the course content and able to address any additional queries I had specific to SharePoint and how my organisation is using it.
