Participants can build on their existing end user-level knowledge to learn the specifics of how to set up, manage and maintain Microsoft 365 Groups and Microsoft Teams, while discussing implementation best practices in order to ensure your organisation is making the most of the tools you have at your disposal, and reducing the risk of “Teams sprawl”.
This 3-hour course takes users through the fundamentals of Microsoft Teams, including chat, audio & video calls, attending Teams meetings, and collaborating via teams & channels.
