How it works
- Book 2 seats on courses in the same category and save 10% on those seats.
- Book 3 or more seats in the same category and save 20% on those seats.
A "seat" is any place on any course in that category. Two seats on the same course counts. One seat on each of two different courses in the same category counts too - and the people attending don't have to be the same. Send two colleagues on two different SharePoint courses, or send one person on both: either way, the bundle discount applies.

The upskilling path:
You're booking yourself onto Power BI Essentials now and the advanced course next quarter. Add both to your basket and the 10% bundle discount comes off both seats before you pay.
The team rollout:
Three people need SharePoint training: two end users and one site owner. Book all three seats together - different courses, different people - and the whole SharePoint group saves 20%.
The mixed basket:
One Excel course, one Copilot course and one Power Automate course? Each category has one seat, so no bundle applies - but add a second Office course for a colleague and those two Office seats pick up 10%.
Built around the basket
Bundles work through the course basket on our website. As you browse courses, add the dates that suit you to your basket - the little counter in the header keeps track. When you're ready, open the basket, tell us who's attending each course, and check out once for everything. The bundle savings are shown line by line, so you can see exactly what each category saved you before you pay.
The fine print (the short version)
- Bundle discounts are automatic - no discount code needed, and they're calculated from the courses and seats in your basket at checkout.
- Seats in a bundle can be on different courses, different dates and different participants, as long as they're in the same category.
- If you're booking through one of our partners, their partner discount applies instead of the bundle discount on Microsoft Office and Power BI seats.
