The trainer was obviously knowledgeable about the product and was easy to approach for clarification.

There were clearly technical issues outside the instructor’s control that were difficult to overcome but he did so admirably.

The course delivery and training materials were excellent and I look forward to integrating the learnings into my role.

Fantastic instructor – with the challenges that were thrown his way, he handled it very well. It was a difficult course as there were too many people in there so his time was constantly spent answering questions (often repeat questions) but he handled himself well.

Course content was very in depth for an Essentials course. The instructor kept the course content engaging and was very helpful with technical difficulties and questions. Schedule was also spaced out in digestible chunks.
