| Merry Xmas and Happy New Year Well, it’s certainly been an interesting year! I’m not going to dwell on the myriad reasons why that’s been the case – we all know what’s been happening in Australia and around the world. What I would like to say, though, is that we’re very grateful to all of our customers who have supported us this year. We appreciate it’s been tough for the majority of organisations, but thankfully many have seen the benefits of upskilling their staff in these challenging times.
