Russ was clear, thorough in his explanations both during lecture and follow along periods, and kept the course moving at a good pace while making sure no one was left behind. He provided great examples of how different features could be applied practically in different situations, while still being general enough so that the participants from many different areas and companies could see how features of SharePoint would benefit their specific needs.

He is not only extremely knowledgeable about M365 but also enthusiastic in communicating how each course participant can apply what we learned to make our day to day jobs easier.
