Overview

This course will teach students who are new or unfamiliar with Microsoft Copilot how to use it effectively in common situations. The course focuses on Copilot for Microsoft 365, using the AI in applications like SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, OneNote and Teams. It also covers other popular Copilot experiences found in Windows 11, Edge and the Copilot website. For those who use the Power Platform, we also explore how to use Copilot in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Pages. We examine Copilot Studio, as service for creating chat experiences and AI builder which can be used to create an AI. Through this course, we will help you understand and use Copilot, enhancing your productivity, help you generate new ideas and review your work.

Audience

This course is for students that are looking to learn how to use Copilot alongside their Microsoft 365 apps, the Power Platform and create new Copilot experiences in Copilot Studio and AI builder.

Prerequisites

No previous experience of Microsoft 365 Copilot is required, however participants should have a working knowledge of the fundamentals of the Microsoft Office suite. Some experience using Microsoft Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI would be advantageous.

Russ has a fun and engaging teaching style.
Combined with some well built labs, and it makes it easy to navigate the mess that can be SharePoint

Finally found the best!
I've tried 3 of the popular google results for Microsoft Training courses. All of these felt like a very rote course. so much so that the instructors couldn't answer questions outside of the scripted exercises.
Attending 3Grow was the diamond in the rough for this market. Russ had the most knowledge and human-interface of M365, particularly sharepoint.

3Grow is the only M365 training provider in will recommend.

I recently underwent the SharePoint Online for End Users training with Russ, and this was very helpful to support my current role, as I am responsible for an internal department intranet site, and we have transitioned from an older version of SharePoint that was greatly outdated compared to the new version. The training will help me maximise the benefits of the new SharePoint. I will note I have upcoming training for site owners to complement the end users' training.

I attended two courses with 3Grow so far - Sharepoint for End Users and Sharepoint for Site Owners. I cannot more highly recommend them for the training I received. Lots of content, hints and tips from a very knowledgeable trainer. Hands on workbooks to let the concepts take hold as well.

We completed the SharePoint end user and owner training. Ross was an engaging teacher with real examples. Patient and helpful if you had questions and created an environment where you could practice what you learnt real time. Would definitely recommend and I’ll be back for modules!
