Russ clearly has an extensive knowledge of SharePoint, which made it easy to find out how to apply SharePoint to my company’s needs

Courseware was great – easy to follow, plenty of information in the instructions, easy enough for anyone to follow.

Fantastic instructor – with the challenges that were thrown his way, he handled it very well. It was a difficult course as there were too many people in there so his time was constantly spent answering questions (often repeat questions) but he handled himself well.

Finally found the best!

I’ve tried 3 of the popular google results for Microsoft Training courses. All of these felt like a very rote course. so much so that the instructors couldn’t answer questions outside of the scripted exercises.

Attending 3grow was the diamond in the rough for this market. Russ had the most knowledge and human-interface of M365, particularly SharePoint.

3grow is the only Microsoft 365 training provider I will recommend.

I love doing courses when Russ is the instructor. When I see Russ, I know he is just going to deliver gold nuggets of knowledge throughout the course and take me on a journey of Microsoft discovery.

Made the entire 4 day course completely enjoyable. Made sure that users were required to think for themselves during exercises and not just follow instruction to the law to ensure that an understanding of the course was achieved.
