The trainer was FABULOUS! Entertaining, knowledgeable & patient

Russ was great! Super patient, even dealing with the less SharePoint savvy (like myself) and explained everything on the whiteboard or on the big screen in really easy to follow language/visuals.

Have always felt Russ has been the most helpful in these subjects against all the other resources and tutorials I have tried along the way. Nothing beats instruction from someone who has the breadth of experience Russ has and his ability to answer our questions is invaluable.

Made the entire 4 day course completely enjoyable. Made sure that users were required to think for themselves during exercises and not just follow instruction to the law to ensure that an understanding of the course was achieved.

Russ was clear, thorough in his explanations both during lecture and follow along periods, and kept the course moving at a good pace while making sure no one was left behind. He provided great examples of how different features could be applied practically in different situations, while still being general enough so that the participants from many different areas and companies could see how features of SharePoint would benefit their specific needs.

He is not only extremely knowledgeable about M365 but also enthusiastic in communicating how each course participant can apply what we learned to make our day to day jobs easier.

The courseware was user friendly and even though some of the subjects were not very familiar it was easily explained.

I’ve tried 3 of the popular google results for Microsoft Training courses. All of these felt like a very rote course. so much so that the instructors couldn’t answer questions outside of the scripted exercises.

Attending 3grow was the diamond in the rough for this market. Russ had the most knowledge and human-interface of M365, particularly SharePoint.

3grow is the only Microsoft 365 training provider I will recommend.

Brilliant, one of the best presented courses in 20 years of ‘professional development skills training courses’. Russ had the FULL professional knowledge and application to answer any and all questions for real world SharePoint structure, applications and integration.

Russ was able to balance the needs of the group with ‘pitch, pause and pace’ for communicating the core plus value-adds and insights, of classic SharePoint and updated SharePoint. Russ followed up with support for after-course questions without hesitation. Remarkable!
